This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *supporting key change projects with clear, creative, and engaging communication*.
The Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Change Communication Specialist to support key change projects with clear, creative, and engaging communication. You’ll work with change leads to help employees understand and adapt to change across a global business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver internal communication plans for change initiatives
Choose the right channels and messages to reach diverse employee groups
Create newsletters, FAQs, digital content, and more
Work with change teams to align timing and messaging
Measure and adjust communication for impact and engagement
Share employee feedback to improve communication efforts
Promote best practices in change communication
About You
3-5 years' experience in internal or change communications
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Able to manage projects and meet deadlines
Confident working independently and with global teams
Skilled at tailoring messages to different audiences
